Thanks to our broad coverage in Italy, together with a network of foreign correspondents, we can quickly coordinate every type of survey.

Looking at the operational activities, we can recap them as follow: first, we take charge of the claim, giving receipt confirmation and specifying the number of the claim. Then, H&M will start to acquire all the files, checking their integrity and relevance. At the end of management procedures, we will issue the claim settlement allowing the company to release the formal receipt of claim. If the claim were complex or the estimated damage very significant, it would designate an expert, prior authorization from who gives the assignment.

During the management of the claim, H&M will proceed to supervise and inform all the parties involved in the claim. This task will be supported by a management system, giving us the opportunity to extract important data and create statistical document about the claims treated.
